What Is Hodgkin's Disease?
Hodgkin's lymphoma is also referred to as Hodgkin's disease.
This is a form of cancer in the lymph nodes. (cancer originating from a type of white blood cells
called lymphocytes). Thomas Hodgkin, was the first to
describe this form of abnormality with the lymph system.
Hodgkin's lymphoma spreads from lymph node group to another
lymph node group.
Most patients who are able to be be treated and the remission success rate
is 90 to 95% or even better.
